He is back in jail not for another sex crime but because he broke parole by drinking.In 1995, the man was charged with sexually assaulting a woman in East Pennsboro Twp. at gunpoint, according to court documents.The man pleaded no contest to unlawful restraint and attempted aggravated indecent assault and served seven years in prison.
